| 1) What are the risks tat a company/individual will face if they are going to vernture in oversea ? And give your solutions please ... List them out k ...
2) What are the incentives that your government will give you if you're venturing in oversea ?
This is my mini assignment that im goin to present next week, and I need your help

| Risk : Currency, Thier goverment regulation, Management, Product Quality and Service, Trading, Profit, Growth.
you should refer to World Class Company/Globalization Pros and Cons
Incentive?i din think so Malaysia will offer any incentive...INCOME TAX
but for Singapore...if u are Malaysian...100% can get PR straigh away if ur verture's profit is great enough.
